Yes — our process is safe for sealed and epoxy-coated concrete. We adjust pressure and cleaning agents based on your floor's coating to avoid any damage.
Will it remove oil stains?
We can significantly reduce or eliminate most oil and grease stains using our degreaser pre-treatment combined with hot-water extraction. Deeply set stains may require multiple treatments.
How long does it take to dry?
Concrete dries quickly — typically 1–2 hours depending on ventilation and temperature. Epoxy floors may take slightly longer.
